Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. During this time, your order is verified, packed, and prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery times from the moment your order is shipped:

South-Africa: 5–10 business days
Please note: delivery times may vary depending on your location, public holidays, and busy seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday, New Year).
All shipping times exclude possible delays due to customs processing.
Shipping Carrier

Shipping Costs
We offer free premium shipping on all orders.
This includes insurance coverage for theft, loss, or damage during shipping.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your shipment via our tracking page:

Please note: it may take up to 5 business days for the tracking information to be updated.
Split Shipments
For logistical reasons, items in the same order may be shipped separately. You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.
Lost or Delayed Orders
If your tracking hasn’t updated or your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery time, please contact our customer service at support@zaluxi.com. We’re happy to assist you.
