General terms and conditions
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via the Zaluxi online store and govern the relationship between Zaluxi and its customers.
1. Definitions

Cooling-off period: The period within which the consumer can exercise their right of withdrawal.

Consumer: A natural person not acting for business or professional purposes.

Right of Withdrawal: The right of the consumer to withdraw from the contract within 30 days.

Distance Contract: A contract concluded without physical presence, using remote communication methods.
2. Applicability
These terms apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made between Zaluxi and the consumer. Before finalizing a purchase, customers will have access to these terms. If concluded electronically, the terms will be made available in a format that can be saved for future reference.
3. Offer
We make every effort to accurately describe our products. Obvious errors or mistakes do not bind Zaluxi. Images may differ slightly from the actual products due to screen settings.
4. The Contract
A contract is formed when the consumer accepts the offer and meets the stated conditions. Zaluxi will confirm the order by email. If payment is made electronically, Zaluxi uses secure technology to protect data.
Zaluxi reserves the right to refuse an order based on legitimate reasons (e.g. suspected fraud, non-payment history).
5. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to cancel their order within 30 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. During this period, the consumer must handle the product and packaging with care.
If the consumer wishes to exercise this right, they must notify Zaluxi by email and return the product in its original condition and packaging.
6. Return Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the consumer. If the consumer has already paid, Zaluxi will refund the full amount (excluding any extra delivery options) within 30 days of receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
7. Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Customized or personalized items

Perishable goods

Sealed goods that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, once opened

Audio/video/software products with broken seals
8. Prices
All prices are listed in euros and include VAT. Price changes may occur due to legal adjustments (e.g. tax rate changes). Errors in pricing will not bind Zaluxi.
9. Delivery
We aim to deliver all orders within the indicated time frame. If this is not possible, we will inform you within 30 days. If delivery is delayed beyond this, you have the right to cancel the order.
10. Warranty
Our products comply with the contract and legal requirements. Defective or incorrect products must be reported within 30 days. Warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, or external damage.
11. Payment
Payment must be completed within the specified period after the order. The consumer is responsible for providing correct payment details.
12. Complaints
Complaints must be submitted clearly and within 7 days after the consumer identifies the issue. We will respond within 14 days. If the issue is not resolved, it may be subject to legal arbitration.
13. Disputes
Dutch law applies to all agreements and disputes between Zaluxi and the consumer, even if the consumer resides abroad.
